This privacy policy applies to the Frequency Sound Generator app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by CodeWorkUp (hereby referred to as "Developer", "we", "us", or "our") as a Free / Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".

The Application does not explicitly request, collect, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.

• Google Play Billing: Used for processing In-App Purchases (such as the "Remove Ads" feature). We do not collect or store your payment details; all transactions are securely processed by Google.

Log Data and Crash Reports

In the case of an error or app crash, we collect data and information (through third-party products like Firebase) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is strictly used to identify and fix bugs to improve the Application.

In-App Purchases

The Application offers In-App Purchases to unlock premium features (e.g., removing advertisements). All billing and payment processes are handled securely by Google Play. We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or other sensitive financial data.

Device Permissions

The Application requires certain device permissions to function correctly:

• Internet Access & Network State: Required to fetch advertisements and send anonymous analytics data.
• Foreground Service & Notifications: Required to keep the audio generator running in the background when you minimize the Application.
• Billing: Required to process the "Remove Ads" purchase securely via Google Play.

Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal information, no child's personal data is stored by us. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
